Service Description

Statement Analyser provides financial analysis and organisational assistance for manually uploaded bank statement documents. Features may include transaction parsing, Party Folders, audit-review prompts, reports and AI-assisted questions.

Accounts And Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, using accurate signup information and protecting your login session. You should notify Amit Rajendra Kolvekar if you believe your account has been misused.

Authorised Uploads

You may upload bank statements only when you own the data or have authority to process it. You must not upload someone else's financial information without permission.

The service is built for manual document upload. It does not claim to connect directly to banks.

Prohibited Misuse

You must not attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass entitlement limits, probe private APIs, upload malicious files, or use the service for unlawful processing of financial information.

Analysis Limitations

Statement parsing depends on file quality and bank statement layout. Automated categorisation, Party Folder resolution, balances and report outputs should be reviewed before business, accounting or compliance decisions.

Statement Analyser does not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, certified audit opinions or fraud determinations.

AI And Audit Review

AI responses are informational and productivity assistance. Verify answers against source evidence and your own professional judgement.

Audit Review identifies transactions for human review. It is not a fraud finding and is not a substitute for a certified audit.

Credit Purchases

One-time credits are digital entitlements for statement analyses. Current paid products are shown on the Pricing page. The monthly plan is marked Coming soon and is not purchasable yet.

Credits are consumed only after a supported statement is parsed successfully. Invalid or unsupported uploads should not consume a credit.

Availability And Changes

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider interruptions or operational issues. Features may evolve while preserving purchased entitlements according to the active product rules.

Intellectual Property

The application, branding, interface and product workflows belong to their respective owner. You retain responsibility for the statement data you upload or are authorised to process.

Suspension Or Termination

Access may be limited or suspended if the service is misused, payment abuse is detected, or continued access would create legal, security or operational risk.
